Do you take commisions?

You bet! Most of my work is custom made for actors in films. If you have a dream hat you want, do write to me!

How long does it take to have a hat made?

Well, that depends. When the shop isn't busy it can take less than a week, but when I get backed up with orders it can take longer. As a theatrical costumer I absolutely understand deadlines and I will work with you to meet yours. Please advise me of your deadlines early on, and I will meet them.

Why is the shipping so costly?

Usually it isn't. Sometimes the shipping estimator has trouble due to my Canadian address. Please be assured that any overcharges on shipping will be refunded.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

Because I think it is a scam, plain and simple. "Free shipping" isn't free at all. Sellers add the cost of shipping to the price of their goods. They calculate an average cost for shipping an item and hope to recoup that cost by selling to folks who would otherwise pay that much or less.

I prefer to be transparent about shipping costs with my clients. If shipping your parcel costs less then why should you pay more? That seems really unfair! That's why I always refund any overcharges on shipping.
